Fee Structure
10-hour retainer: $2,500
Additional time: $250/hour
Services are provided on a project basis and may be utilized independently of ongoing Private Health Advisory engagements. Services include:
Medical record review
Provider coordination
Family meetings
Care transition support
Advocacy and decision support
Health system navigation
When formally appointed as a Successor Trustee, Agent under Durable Power of Attorney, or Healthcare Agent, Apex may provide fiduciary oversight and administrative services in accordance with the scope of that appointment.
Fee Structure
Trust administration: 0.75%–1.00% of trust assets annually
Financial Oversight / Power of Attorney: $275/hour
Services may include:

Bill payment and financial management
Coordination with legal and financial advisors
Oversight of healthcare-related expenditures
