Important: Apex does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a healthcare provider. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with licensed medical professionals.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.


3. Payments

  • Certain Services may require payment. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe.

  • All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with our posted refund policy or agreed terms at the time of purchase.


4. Use of Services

By using our Services, you agree that you will not:

All materials provided by Apex, including logos, guides, checklists, and digital content, are the property of Apex Health Advocates and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our content without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Apex is not liable for decisions you make based on our Services.

  • We are not responsible for delays, errors, or damages resulting from third-party services.
