No one likes to think about getting sick or their own mortality, but planning ahead and including your family is one of the most loving things you can do. Too often, people put off planning and executing Advanced Directives because they're relatively young or healthy. But crisis never makes an appointment and trying to plan after the fact is wrought with emotion and complications.
